Scope of work: strategic plan document, marketing pieces, signs
After completing a strategic planning process in 2013, Hacienda CDC contracted Parachute Strategies to lay out a strategic plan document that could be shared with Hacienda board members, community partners, and constituents. We produced, for them, a high-quality booklet in keeping with Hacienda's established brand, featuring dynamic photos and graphics illustrating Hacienda CDC's important community work.
In 2013, after facilitating Hacienda CDC's strategic planning process, Parachute Strategies was commissioned to design marketing materials for the organization's rapidly growing Homeownership Support Program. Whereas outreach materials had previously been developed on an as-needed basis, the program's recent growth necessitated a professionally produced, on-brand marketing package.
In 2013, Hacienda CDC's Homeownership Support program charged Parachute Strategies with a bilingual media-buy and the design and production of a series of marketing materials to promote their foreclosure prevention support services. We produced posters, fliers and mailers in Spanish and English and guided the purchase of radio and television airtime.

Parachute Strategies developed Spanish-language postcards to be mailed to Hacienda CDC community members, encouraging them to take advantage of new home ownership opportunities and various, other kinds of support offered by Hacienda CDC.
